About the role

  • Project Manager/Client Partner overseeing Webflow design and development projects for global brands. Managing delivery, clients, contractors, timelines, budgets, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Webflow-based design and development projects from kickoff through launch
  • Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations
  • Own project delivery on time and within budget
  • Monitor progress and maintain alignment with project scope
  • Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and third-party vendors
  • Manage task lists, schedules, status reports, and project documentation
  • Oversee QA processes for client deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues when necessary
  • Solve complex delivery issues by proposing solutions and seeking expertise
  • Ensure deliverables meet 8020 standards
  • Serve as the main client point of contact
  • Provide client updates and address questions or concerns
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
  • Represent the client in internal meetings
  • Build client relationships and ensure client goals are reflected in deliverables
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, and strategists
  • Manage retainer-client priorities and tasks
  • Guide clients through the project process
  • Support client satisfaction, retention, and account growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a related role
  • Familiarity with Webflow and understanding of web design principles is a plus
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines
  • Experience in client-facing roles focused on relationship building
  • Proficiency with project management tools, such as ClickUp or similar
  • Experience using ClickUp lists and dashboards is a nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, and class-based styling is a nice-to-have
  • Understanding of how design decisions influence development workflows
  • Experience with Webflow design and development projects and the website development lifecycle
  • Experience managing internal and external teams
  • Experience creating project plans and documenting processes
