About the role

  • SaaS Solutions Configurator/Integrator ensuring performance and stability of critical payment platform. Collaborating with teams to optimize operations and maintain service reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the resolution of application incidents by identifying root causes (RCA) and ensuring follow-up on fixes and escalations during critical incidents in coordination with internal teams and the SaaS vendor;
  • Track incidents, vulnerabilities and requests with vendors; coordinate communications during major events while applying SLAs and remediation plans;
  • Monitor service availability, performance and stability using monitoring and logging tools; define and track SLI/SLO metrics and adopt SRE best practices;
  • Analyze functional and operational impacts based on a solid understanding of payment flows (authorization, clearing, account and limit management);
  • Maintain documentation (runbooks, procedures), automate repetitive tasks and optimize support and operations processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent;
  • 3 to 7 years in application support, IT operations or production;
  • Experience in the banking sector or with credit card systems;
  • Experience with incident management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow or equivalent;
  • Experience with log analysis platforms such as Splunk or similar;
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
  • Knowledge of the credit card ecosystem and lifecycle;
  • Understanding of real-time and batch processing flows;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach focused on continuous improvement;
  • Strong communication skills at both technical and business levels, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders, including vendors;
  • Leadership in critical incident situations;
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
