About the role
- Senior Azure DevOps advisor governing platform evolution for Alithya, a digital transformation consulting firm. Defining standards, optimizing pipelines, dashboards, integrations, and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer and evolve the Azure DevOps platform
- Optimize projects, teams, Boards, backlogs, Git repositories and pipelines
- Define and maintain standards, governance rules and organizational structures
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators with Power BI
- Participate in the integration between Azure DevOps and Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Support users and managers in effective use of the platform
- Leverage and optimize AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot
- Contribute to the platform roadmap and the organization’s Agile transformation
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in information technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, configuration or governance of Azure DevOps
- Experience with Power BI and leveraging Azure DevOps data
- Experience with Agile, Lean, DevOps or SAFe
- Advanced expertise in Azure DevOps components: organization, projects, Boards, Work Items, dashboards, Git repositories, YAML Pipelines and test plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure integrations
- Understanding of responsible AI concepts and data governance
- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English required to regularly communicate with employees and managers outside Quebec
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, SAFe, Scrum, Agile, AI-900 or Azure AI Engineer Associate considered assets
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations and experience in the public or para-public sector considered assets
