About the role
- Project Manager leading AssetWorks GPS fleet-solution implementations for North American fleet customers. Coordinating software, hardware, training, and go-live delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple AssetWorks GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, action items, budgets, and status reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Gather and document business requirements and configure AW GPS solutions
- Coordinate GPS hardware installations, device activation, and deployment logistics
- Deliver installation training to customers, technicians, dealers, and installation partners
- Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions
- Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and deployment issues
- Analyze customer business processes and operational challenges to identify product enhancement opportunities
- Develop feature requests, business requirements, and use cases for Product Management and Engineering teams
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates
- Manage project risks, issue resolution, escalations, and change requests
- Support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization activities
- Maintain project documentation, installation standards, training materials, and implementation best practices
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives
Requirements
- Experience leading software implementation or project delivery initiatives
- Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, action items, budgets, and status reporting
- Ability to gather and document business requirements
- Experience configuring software solutions to meet customer operational needs
- Experience coordinating GPS hardware installations, device activation, and deployment logistics
- Knowledge of GPS hardware, wiring standards, troubleshooting procedures, connectivity, sensor integrations, and telematics
- Ability to deliver installation, administrator, and end-user training
- Ability to develop feature requests, business requirements, and use cases
- Ability to manage project risks, issue resolution, escalations, and change requests
- Ability to support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization
- Willingness and ability to travel or work with customers, technicians, dealers, and installation partners across North America
