Senior Professional Services Project Manager leading complex customer implementations of Ataccama ONE platform. Guiding Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management projects from initiation to successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex customer implementations on the Ataccama ONE platform, including Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Catalog, and Reference Data Management spanning both cloud and on-prem deployments.
Own end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal Ataccama teams and customer stakeholders across business, data governance, engineering, and IT functions.
Partner with Customer Success to identify project expansion opportunities, manage change requests and support project health conversations.
Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent engagements.
Ensure strong governance, clear communication, and alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate project status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and prioritization in a structured and transparent manner.
Contribute to the strategic development of our Project Management Office, continuously improving delivery processes by capturing lessons learned and sharing feedback within the global professional services team and other relevant teams.
Collaborate with Ataccama’s global partner ecosystem, including system integrators and regional delivery partners, to manage composite delivery teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Project Management within IT, software, data, or digital transformation environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies and identifying the critical path.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
