About the role
- Civil engineering graduate joining AtkinsRéalis, a global engineering services and nuclear organization. Supporting bridge, transportation, municipal infrastructure, inspection, and surveying projects through its Odyssey program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Odyssey Program with hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects
- Work in the Civil division across bridges, transportation, municipal infrastructure, or site supervision/inspection and surveying
- Design and manage bridge projects and conduct inspections
- Plan and develop transportation systems, including roads, railroads, and airports
- Design and manage utilities and other municipal infrastructure
- Supervise and inspect road, municipal, bridge, port, and civil works
- Build professional skills, expertise, and internal networks through training and development
Requirements
- New graduate with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Graduation in 2027
- Strong interest in learning and exploring new challenges
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Industry software skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities
- A valid driver's license may be required for some positions
