Auto Claims Advisor guiding Aviva Canada customers through auto insurance claims. Investigating collisions, supporting customers, and determining appropriate claim outcomes in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through the claims process by investigating auto collision claims and looking after their needs
Comply with company and industry regulatory practices, delivering best-practice methods and taking responsibility for customers and claims outcomes
Work autonomously in a digital environment
Actively participate in ongoing training to keep up to date with best practices in claims handling
Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva’s ongoing initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience
Serve as the customer’s first point of contact when they need assistance
Conduct investigations and decide on the best course of action
Requirements
1–2 years Auto Claims Adjusting experience is an asset
1–2 years’ experience in a Call Center Environment is an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a digital environment and undertake online tasks
Genuine curiosity and inquisitive approach to making improvements to processes to create a positive customer experience
Ability to work within and positively add to the organizational culture and values
Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule during 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday
