About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and transform Aviva’s AEM Web ecosystem, including aviva.ca and Aviva Partner.
- Directly deliver solutions using AEM, AI tools, and existing platforms.
- Take ideas from concept through to launch.
- Design prototypes, test, and rapidly deploy improvements.
- Use GenAI to draft content, conduct testing, and enhance digital experiences.
- Use AEM to create and launch pages, components, and experiments.
- Leverage data analytics and AI to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Rapidly implement tests for content, layouts, and customer journeys.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for Aviva Partner and aviva.ca.
- Evolve Aviva Partner into a high-value experience for brokers.
- Improve engagement, adoption, and sales impact across both websites.
- Collaborate with the external engineering partner on complex developments.
- Balance stakeholder requests with improvements guided by the product vision.
- Simplify execution, introduce better ways of working through AI and automation, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience personally delivering tangible outcomes.
- Comfortable working directly with tools and platforms.
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate work.
- Ability to use AEM, AI tools, and existing platforms to deliver solutions.
- Excellent product judgment and an impact-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create clarity through action.
- Comfortable working within an externally vendor-led delivery model.
- French proficiency required.
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency required.
