Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and coach Client Support Coordinators to achieve high performance and career growth
Monitor and manage team performance to ensure accountability, engagement, and achievement of business objectives
Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and recognition
Inspire and align the team with clear goals and shared purpose
Create an inclusive environment and coach for development
Remove obstacles, prioritize effectively, and leverage resources to deliver results
Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Partner with the Regional Director and Business Centre Managers to develop and implement operational objectives
Support change management initiatives and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
Oversee coordination of regional and area events
Oversee and manage area premises maintenance and facilities-related activities
Lead region-wide client support operations in British Columbia and ensure alignment with regional and national objectives
Requirements
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in client support, client-facing roles, or team leadership
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in CLICS and other BDC applications
Advanced MS Office and web skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Previous experience in leading and managing remote teams considered an asset
