Ensure cross-training and development of critical technical skills
Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and external service providers

Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 8 engineers and technical resources
Responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development
Build a strong, collaborative, and accountable engineering culture
Own capital projects (CAPEX) from concept through implementation, including multi-million-dollar investments
Manage equipment design, procurement, testing, installation, validation, commissioning, and development of SOPs/standard work for Operators
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g., ISO)
Partner with Quality on new product introductions, process changes, and engineering change execution (PEIO)
Lead Lean and/or Six Sigma initiatives and support Kaizen events
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
