Requirements
- Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 8 engineers and technical resources
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development
- Build a strong, collaborative, and accountable engineering culture
- Own capital projects (CAPEX) from concept through implementation, including multi-million-dollar investments
- Manage equipment design, procurement, testing, installation, validation, commissioning, and development of SOPs/standard work for Operators
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g., ISO)
- Partner with Quality on new product introductions, process changes, and engineering change execution (PEIO)
- Lead Lean and/or Six Sigma initiatives and support Kaizen events
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
