About the role
- Claims process consultant optimizing Beneva’s insurance operations and Guidewire-enabled practices. Improving workflows, documentation, technology adoption, and member satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the analysis, prioritization, and implementation of claims-related projects and initiatives
- Identify solutions tailored to the organization’s needs
- Propose improvement opportunities to optimize operational processes within the Claims Vice-Presidency
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of claims processes and assess the impact of organizational or technological changes
- Analyze, write, update, and distribute reference documentation for claims teams
- Collaborate with Standards and Quality teams as well as the Business Analytics team
- Work with the Training and Change Management team to create or validate content for operational teams
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant claims experience
- Good knowledge of information technology
- Proficiency with Agile concepts
- Experience managing projects related to process optimization, business practice evolution, or implementation of technology solutions
