About the role

  • Integration and Implementation Analyst supporting Beneva’s insurance implementation projects. Managing system testing, electronic data exchanges, anomalies, and operational process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in special projects and carry out specific assignments related to the department’s operations
  • Analyze specific situations and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Support colleagues by serving as a resource person for operational systems
  • Manage anomalies, ensure they are reported, and follow up on them
  • Develop administrative scenarios, recommend solutions, and participate in their implementation
  • Document administrative processes
  • Participate in implementation projects with other departments, including identifying operational impacts, reviewing procedures, identifying training needs, and providing post-implementation support
  • Represent the department on system testing teams, identify needs, conduct testing, and monitor implementations
  • Set up electronic data exchanges and participate in client meetings
  • Communicate with partners and serve as a resource person to resolve specific situations
  • Participate in developing quality control programs
  • Respond to requests for operational statistics and management information
  • Recommend priority system enhancements to improve the efficiency and performance of implementation processes
  • Update data collection tools and procedures for implementation projects
  • Participate in establishing the department’s policies and directives
  • Participate in various committees and projects related to the area of expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • One (1) to five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the group insurance industry
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
