About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support application teams in integrating and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls
  • Translate regulatory and security requirements into clear functional specifications
  • Provide technical support for identity and access management to IT and application teams
  • Help identify dependencies and operational requirements to ensure high-quality deliveries and deployments
  • Analyze security issues, contribute to finding solutions, and develop improved practices
  • Participate in project planning and execution, considering timelines and resource constraints
  • Advise and guide application teams on adopting and implementing IAM controls
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and security requirements
  • Translate requirements into functional requirements and clear specifications
  • Produce and maintain functional documentation, guides, processes, and standards related to IAM integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in information technology, including at least 4 years in identity and access management (IAM)
  • Experience working on projects with defined timelines
  • Hands-on experience in an analyst role or in a role similar to identity and access management
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or a similar tool
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA
  • IAM certifications such as CIAM or CISA are an asset
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in French and working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
