Responsibilities
- Support application teams in integrating and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls
- Translate regulatory and security requirements into clear functional specifications
- Provide technical support for identity and access management to IT and application teams
- Help identify dependencies and operational requirements to ensure high-quality deliveries and deployments
- Analyze security issues, contribute to finding solutions, and develop improved practices
- Participate in project planning and execution, considering timelines and resource constraints
- Advise and guide application teams on adopting and implementing IAM controls
- Gather, analyze, and document business and security requirements
- Translate requirements into functional requirements and clear specifications
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, guides, processes, and standards related to IAM integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6 to 9 years of experience in information technology, including at least 4 years in identity and access management (IAM)
- Experience working on projects with defined timelines
- Hands-on experience in an analyst role or in a role similar to identity and access management
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or a similar tool
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA
- IAM certifications such as CIAM or CISA are an asset
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in French and working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
