About the role
- Strategy consultant guiding Beneva’s insurance and financial-services planning. Aligning strategic plans, projects, performance targets, and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct monitoring of the business environment in the insurance and financial services sectors
- Develop recommendations based on market, competitor, consumer, and emerging trend developments, as well as innovative business models
- Prepare strategic materials for strategic planning meetings
- Support the annual update of the strategic plan
- Ensure alignment between the strategic plan and the company’s project portfolios
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of strategic plan dashboards
- Ensure consistency between targets and key messages in collaboration with the Communications team
- Support integrated planning activities
- Facilitate and coordinate collaborative governance forums
- Proactively manage cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Participate in various internal committees as a representative of the Strategy and Innovation Vice Presidency
- Lead strategic planning and organizational alignment
- Coordinate the SECM integrated plan and synchronize strategic initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between SECM and the business sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent program
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in strategic planning and/or insurance
- Ability to manage stress and ambiguity
- Ability to complete assignments within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
- May interact with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers
