Responsibilities
- Assigned to multiple high-priority accounts and run operations across them
- Write creative briefs for senior review
- Draft and refine ad copy using AI workflows
- Conduct competitor research and brand deep-dives
- Study top-performing scripts and adapt them to brand voices
- QA new creative against brief and brand guidelines
- Review raw footage to flag best clips for editors
- Coordinate across creative, strategy, and performance teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role
- Obsessive about quality, detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with data and creative tasks
- Experience using AI tools in workflow
- Proficiency with Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools
- Clear writing and careful reading skills
