About the role

  • Conseiller en performance des initiatives talents chez CAA-Québec, club automobile et services aux membres. Analyser les données RH, mesurer l’impact des initiatives et recommander des améliorations.

Responsibilities

  • Support prioritization of talent initiatives based on organizational needs and team capacity
  • Coordinate selected key initiatives
  • Lead projects requiring strong analytical skills and understanding of the Workday HR system
  • Develop tracking tools, performance indicators and recommendations
  • Analyze results and measure the impact of initiatives
  • Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand needs and ensure initiative alignment
  • Take part in strategic projects related to organizational development, skills development and learning solutions
  • Prepare and present analyses, dashboards, reports and recommendations to management and internal partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management or related field
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR projects, data analysis or talent development
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills (ability to simplify/translate findings)
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with tracking, measurement and data visualization tools
  • Experience creating dashboards, metrics and analyses to support decision-making
  • Knowledge of Workday is an asset
  • Knowledge of the organization and the nuances of these sectors is an asset
  • Ability to collaborate in a complex and evolving environment
  • Professional rigor, strong organizational skills and results orientation
  • Proficiency in French; working knowledge of English according to organizational needs
  • Proficiency in English is required due to interactions with English-speaking clients, partners and/or suppliers
