Responsibilities
- Support prioritization of talent initiatives based on organizational needs and team capacity
- Coordinate selected key initiatives
- Lead projects requiring strong analytical skills and understanding of the Workday HR system
- Develop tracking tools, performance indicators and recommendations
- Analyze results and measure the impact of initiatives
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand needs and ensure initiative alignment
- Take part in strategic projects related to organizational development, skills development and learning solutions
- Prepare and present analyses, dashboards, reports and recommendations to management and internal partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management or related field
- Approximately 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR projects, data analysis or talent development
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills (ability to simplify/translate findings)
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with tracking, measurement and data visualization tools
- Experience creating dashboards, metrics and analyses to support decision-making
- Knowledge of Workday is an asset
- Knowledge of the organization and the nuances of these sectors is an asset
- Ability to collaborate in a complex and evolving environment
- Professional rigor, strong organizational skills and results orientation
- Proficiency in French; working knowledge of English according to organizational needs
- Proficiency in English is required due to interactions with English-speaking clients, partners and/or suppliers
