About the role

  • Quality Inventory Control Coordinator managing inventory accuracy, returns, and warehouse operations for Cardinal Health’s Canadian healthcare supply chain. Supporting customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across Vaughan and Mississauga.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve inventory reconciliation issues across ERP/WMS systems
  • Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory verifications
  • Investigate quantity, lot, expiry, and system inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate product master files and location, weight, cube, and volume data
  • Oversee product locations, movements, and internal warehouse transfers
  • Manage damaged, expired, and non-conforming returned products
  • Prepare and process RGA, RA/QA, and customs documentation for returns
  • Place and release product quality holds and review expiry, bounce, and integrity reports
  • Inspect returned goods and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Support stock coordinators and warehouse teams in daily activities
  • Resolve customer order issues involving shipping, inventory availability, or missing data
  • Manage special program products, including new item creation and order placement
  • Coordinate inbound, outbound, movement, and invoicing activities with customers
  • Support consolidation, loading, and verification of regional freight
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, RA/QA, Distribution, Customer Service, and suppliers
  • Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with floor-level operational issues as needed
  • Train employees on basic inventory control procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma minimum
  • 4+ years of related experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to operate all warehouse equipment as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical inventory handling
  • English required
  • French required for Quebec-based operations (bilingual roles)
  • Experience with SAP and AIMS ERP/WMS platforms
  • Proficiency with MS Access and Excel
