About the role

Senior Transportation Coordinator dispatching Cardinal Health Canada's private healthcare delivery fleet. Managing routes, e-logs, schedules, urgent shipments, and transportation customer service.

Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage email at NSC and Applewood
Dispatch private-fleet operations
Modify routes and expedite urgent shipping requests
Manage order traffic into priority sequence for Operations processing
Build delivery routes for Private Fleet operations
Manage transportation-related customer service requests
Provide guidance or technical assistance to organizational projects
Handle day-to-day dispatching and private fleet operations for the private fleet driving team
Monitor e-logs for ministry compliance
Schedule drivers and equipment

HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet), preferred
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note)
Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset
Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive, curious and self-directed
Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to reprioritize on short notice
