About the role
- SAP S/4HANA EAM & SCM Functional Lead responsible for driving functional leadership in Utilities sector transformation. Lead solution design and implementation in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM modules.
- Define and validate target business processes across Maintenance, Work Management, Materials Management, Procurement, and Inventory.
- Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Oversee configuration in PM, MM, EWM, and Procurement areas.
- Apply Utilities business knowledge across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, or Water/Wastewater.
- Lead functional teams and collaborate closely with business SMEs and technical teams.
- Work across Finance, Field Service, GIS, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Recommend improvements leveraging S/4HANA, Fiori, predictive maintenance, and analytics.
Requirements
- 12–16 years SAP functional experience with strong PM, MM, SCM expertise.
- Multiple S/4HANA implementations including Utilities sector exposure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar.
- SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.
