About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare, manage, and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.
- Monitor key financial metrics, with a particular focus on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.
- Proactively identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and business profitability to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting.
- Work closely with leadership to support business planning and financial decision-making.
- Continuously improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to the management board.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.
