About the role

  • NetSuite Administrator/Developer supporting Caseware’s audit and accounting software ecosystem. Building integrations, automations, and compliant financial workflows from its Toronto office three days weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure the NetSuite ERP, including roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, custom records, and forms.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, billing, payroll, and data warehouses.
  • Gather requirements with Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders and translate business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures across connected financial systems.
  • Support quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, and lead-to-revenue workflows while maintaining data integrity.
  • Lead or support NetSuite upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript scripts, scheduled scripts, workflows, and RESTlets to automate processes.
  • Support acquired-entity integration into NetSuite, including data migration, chart-of-accounts alignment, and workflow standardization.
  • Create technical documentation, process runbooks, and training materials.
  • Ensure system security, SOX/audit compliance, and data governance adherence.
  • Participate in sprint grooming, standups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Three (3)+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator and/or Developer
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting
  • Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST web services), and SuiteBuilder customizations
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems via APIs or middleware/iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, and MuleSoft
  • Solid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash, subscription management, and lead-to-revenue workflows
  • Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and system integration testing
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects in JIRA, including refinement and sprint planning
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • NetSuite certification such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant is an asset
