About the role

  • Events and partnerships coordination for Clio, the global legal AI technology leader. Supporting events, partner programs, ClioCon, operations, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of events across the Strategic Engagement portfolio, including payment processing, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contracting, shipping, swag, flights, hotels, and local vendor transactions
  • Keep shared drives, team calendars, documentation, resources, and team knowledge organized and current
  • Support Partnerships with reporting, partner onboarding and communications, project management, shipping, logistics, and administrative operations
  • Perform website and knowledge management maintenance, report consolidation, expense reconciliation, shared inbox management, and project management assistance
  • Support ClioCon stakeholders with attendee, speaker, and sponsor correspondence; project assistance; report consolidation; volunteer enablement and coordination; and administrative tasks
  • Use AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency, quality, and speed with responsible review
  • Identify repetitive processes for improvement through AI, automation, templates, or better workflows
  • Build, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and processes
  • Share AI learnings and effective practices with teammates
  • Communicate project status, progress, risks, and results to the team and stakeholders
  • Participate in brainstorming around events, partnerships, operational improvements, and program strategy
  • Maintain resources for internal teams and proactively share Strategic Engagement information

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, partnerships, operations, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create processes to manage work efficiently and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in supporting marketing programs
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-volume, data-driven environment
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technology
  • Continuous-improvement mindset
  • Good judgment when working with AI-generated outputs, including thoughtful review, accuracy, and accountability
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software, tools, and workflows quickly
  • Experience using AI tools is a bonus
  • Interest in or exposure to the legal industry is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides) and Slack is a bonus
