About the role

  • Group Product Manager unifying Clio’s AI-powered legal software platform across navigation, shared experiences, and product lines. Driving strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for platform-level experience, including navigation, global utilities, shared surfaces, and connective platform elements
  • Translate customer feedback, usability research, and product analytics into a sequenced roadmap that ships incrementally
  • Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and product teams
  • Drive a coherent experience across Clio’s full product suite
  • Define success metrics for platform-level experience and use them to guide prioritization and trade-off decisions
  • Identify and pitch opportunities to improve customer value and product-led growth
  • Use AI to help up-level product craft
  • Communicate with executive sponsors, cross-functional partners, and individual contributors, adapting depth and framing to the audience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience with platform, shared infrastructure, or cross-product experience work
  • Proven track record shipping platform-level features in a multi-product SaaS environment
  • Strong user experience and information architecture instincts
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction
  • Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams without full direct authority
  • Strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused approach
  • Ability to drive ambiguous initiatives forward
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience influencing across a matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with front-end platform concepts, including component modularization, design token systems, and cross-product API surface design
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Bias toward action
