About the role

Responsibilities
- Work directly with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments
- Perform financial analysis and modeling
- Conduct company and industry research
- Participate in developing client presentations

- Submit required application materials and responses by email
Requirements
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Strong academic record from a leading undergraduate program
- Work authorization in the US
- Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation
- Experience modeling transactions
- Ability to conduct research and insightful competitive analyses
- Ability to perform valuation analyses
- Financial modeling experience in Excel
- Basic or better PowerPoint skills
- Self-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to produce large amounts of high-quality work products in a short period
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial streak
- Full-time availability, estimated at 40 hours per week
