About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live US Diploma Project Management lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Teach project management concepts including project planning, goal setting, scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, stakeholder communication and project evaluation
- Guide students through practical projects and real-world scenarios
- Develop teamwork, leadership, communication, decision-making, time management and problem-solving skills
- Use teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive online learning environment
- Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback and adapt teaching approaches
- Plan and communicate course schedules, lesson content, project milestones and assessment timelines
- Set homework, project-based activities and assessments
- Develop educational materials and contribute to CGA’s learning resources
- Maintain a professional and organized online classroom
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in a school setting; tutoring experience cannot be counted toward this requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Project Management, Education or a related field
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes and methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents and the CGA team
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms
- Passion for innovative, technology-enabled education
- Preferred: experience teaching Project Management, Business, Management or a related subject at secondary/high school level
- Preferred: experience teaching an international or US Diploma curriculum
- Preferred: experience delivering project-based learning and supporting students through practical projects
- Preferred: familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and frameworks
- Preferred: recognized teaching qualification, such as a postgraduate certificate in education, teaching degree or teaching license
- Preferred: previous online teaching experience
