About the role
- Assistant Marketing Manager launching CYBEX child-safety and lifestyle products across Canada. Coordinating omnichannel campaigns, retail presentations, agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute all necessary product launch deliverables for Canada
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to ensure executional excellence
- Monitor post-market launches and identify needed course corrections
- Present innovations to retail partners
- Support key meetings and events such as trade shows
- Support omnichannel direct-to-consumer and retail partner plans and execution
- Work with external agencies to deliver activations reaching and educating parents
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Global Marketing, Ecommerce, and other stakeholders
- Support management of the marketing budget, purchase orders, and spend tracking
- Support annual business planning and in-year planning cycles
- Support other initiatives and deliverables as necessary
Requirements
- University degree required; business degree preferred
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Internship work experience preferred as a minimum
- Ideally experience with consumer goods and consumer brands
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ideally experience with creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator for video cutdowns and imagery work
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Hands-on with strong attention to detail
- Analytical and data-driven
