About the role
- Financial Coordinator ensuring prompt maintenance of financial functions for claims services in a TPA team. Involves fund management, receivable collection, and financial analyses in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring prompt, accurate application of incoming funds to funds held in client trust accounts
- Following up and collection of unrecovered receivables
- Analyzing loss funds for adequacy
- Assisting with payment release process to ensure KPI's are met
- Other financial related tasks and responsibilities, as required
Requirements
- University degree or College diploma in an Accounting or related program
- Minimum 1-3 years’ of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivering results with clarity and accuracy
- Results-oriented while maintaining a high regard for thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet immediate needs of the team or customers
- Ability to adapt to an evolving environment where analytical skills are needed to problem solve
