About the role

  • Territory Sales Representative selling Dentsply Sirona dental implants across Montreal. Managing dental-office accounts, business development, product training, and territory sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales objectives, including new product launches and increased sales within the assigned territory
  • Maintain customer retention through outstanding service and analysis of customer business needs
  • Develop Monthly Business/Action Plans to support territory and regional needs, drive business strategies, and build customer relationships
  • Review territory performance metrics, determine progress, and adjust plans accordingly
  • Penetrate accounts and develop long-term partnerships
  • Execute the sales process and systematic conversion process after new system sales
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the Contact Management System
  • Complete required reports and data inputs, including KPIs, expense reports, and PTO summaries
  • Coordinate, set up, and host tradeshows, exhibits, seminars, and clinical meetings
  • Conduct meetings and product training sessions to build product demand
  • Process customer orders and provide account service
  • Handle and process customer service complaints according to company procedures
  • Increase technical and industry knowledge and comply with company policies and Code of Conduct
  • Create and follow a Development Action Plan with manager support
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three plus years of successful field-based B2B sales experience in a highly competitive environment
  • Fully bilingual in French and English required
  • Dental experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales results
  • Ability to influence and persuade decision makers using evidence-based materials
  • Ability to develop and discuss ROI with customers
  • Strong territory management and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to use data and prepare computer-based business plans
  • Professional relationship-building skills with customers and peers
  • Experience managing a large geographic territory
  • Technical aptitude and hands-on product presentation ability
  • Ability to comply with company and departmental policies, including the Code of Conduct
  • Must have the right to work in Canada
