About the role
- Senior Consultant delivering SA360, DV360, and CM360 consulting for Merkle, a digital marketing agency. Supporting Canadian clients with implementation, optimization, enablement, and billing operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical consulting services and operational support for the Google Marketing Platform client portfolio
- Provide consulting on SA360, DV360, and CM360, including campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and feature enablement
- Implement and manage floodlight tracking, conversion tagging, and first-party data infrastructure
- Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned clients
- Provide client training, onboarding, ongoing support, and platform enablement workshops
- Perform billing operations verification, invoicing accuracy checks, and reconciliation of platform costs against client budgets
- Manage client expectations and document solutions, timelines, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with agencies, media teams, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain detailed documentation of client setups, configurations, and support activities
- Identify process improvements and best practices
- Track platform updates, compliance requirements, and emerging ad tech capabilities
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in digital media, ad tech, or marketing technology consulting with hands-on platform experience
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of SA360, DV360, or CM360
- Proven ability to implement and manage conversion tracking, floodlights, and first-party data solutions
- Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with billing operations, invoicing, and platform reconciliation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on assigned client accounts
- Google Ad Manager experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with other DSPs or advertising platforms beneficial for consulting context
