Responsibilities
- Work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients
- Help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships
- Address the immediate needs of members and clients by offering simple and rapid investment, financing and protection solutions aligned with the action plan
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
- Provide business development support
- Assist members and clients and provide excellent customer service
- Create offers for routine transactions
- Help sell products and services based on member and client needs and current strategies and practices
- Tailor the approach to members’ and clients’ needs
- Handle client requests
- Perform required tasks and research and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
