About the role
- IT security analyst protecting Desjardins hardware, software, data, and access controls. Analyzing vulnerabilities, risks, and security processes while developing recommendations and action plans.
Responsibilities
- Protect IT hardware, software and data against modification, destruction, and accidental or unauthorized disclosure
- Assist in authentication and access control by designing, administering and controlling proven security systems
- Analyze IT system vulnerabilities and implement protective measures to back up, restore and secure systems
- Analyze and help diagnose IT security issues
- Provide opinions in accordance with the discipline’s rules
- Help develop recommendations and implementation plans
- Develop tools, methods and processes
- Interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields
- Provide discipline-specific support to the unit, clients and partners
- Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support operational planning, inform decision-making and monitor management policies and practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
