About the role
- Personal Finance Advisor managing client relationships and providing tailored financial solutions in Saint-Laurent. Collaborating with clients to achieve their financial goals and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to travel to the service centres of Caisse Desjardins des travailleuses et travailleurs unis
- Available to work Monday to Friday, including one evening per week
