About the role
- Real Estate Advisor helping Desjardins clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties. Building client relationships and advising on specialized real estate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients
- Sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs
- Provide services related to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial buildings
- Build and maintain business relationships with members and clients in the sector
- Handle complex requests regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions
- Provide upstream advisory service for negotiating real estate brokerage agreements
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
- Assist current and potential clients and represent the organization
- Provide preparatory support for buying and selling properties
- Establish advisory relationships by identifying needs and supporting client retention
- Advise, guide and motivate members and clients regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions
- Analyze issues, research solutions and make recommendations on buying and selling properties
- Identify gaps, opportunities, risks and areas for continuous improvement
- Stay current on standards, products, services, market trends, opportunities and best practices
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
