About the role
- Desjardins securities advisor supporting advisors with client account administration, transactions, and reporting. Handling client queries while ensuring service quality, compliance, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support advisors by performing administrative and operational tasks involved in securities account management
- Track client account transactions daily and resolve administrative situations
- Maintain close, regular contact with clients, employees and partners to answer questions, take action and monitor changes in circumstances
- Prepare documentation for member and client meetings
- Manage advisors’ calendars and voicemail
- Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by advisors
- Handle queries, perform research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
- Participate in producing reports and statistics and preparing related documents
- Support business growth, client satisfaction, risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
