About the role

Senior change advisor guiding commercial property-and-casualty insurance transformation at Desjardins. Developing communications, coordinating partners, and supporting teams through complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop change management and communication strategies and plans for commercial lines property and casualty insurance initiatives rolled out with multiple internal and external partners
Implement collaboration mechanisms with participating sectors
Ensure strategies and plans are rolled out successfully
Oversee production of deliverables with contributors and partners
Draft communications when needed
Assess outcomes, benefits, and service quality, adjusting plans as needed
Provide tactical support in producing deliverables for employees who interact with members and clients, including job aids and approaches
Contribute to change management for complex projects and initiatives involving multiple collaborators
Support sponsors and managers as part of an agile, multidisciplinary landing squad

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant project management experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience drafting quality deliverables, mainly in PowerPoint
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
