About the role

  • Senior Wealth Management Advisor serving Desjardins members and clients with personalized investment and financial strategies. Supporting business growth, compliance, and premium client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with mass-affluent Signature Service members and clients
  • Advise and assist members and clients in executing savings, investment and financial strategies using the 360° approach
  • Work closely with the senior wealth management advisor as a partner in maintaining client and expert-partner relationships
  • Offer premium support to members and clients
  • Carry out and follow up on strategies
  • Make recommendations to ensure member and client satisfaction and support business growth
  • Ensure sound risk and compliance management and compliance with practices and policies
  • Conduct business development activities through regular contact with members, clients and their associates
  • Maintain high-quality personalized business relationships
  • Analyze member and client needs and formulate personalized advice and guidance
  • Recommend strategies and solutions to the senior advisor when developing plans
  • Monitor market movements and trends influencing investments
  • Participate in promotional activities, speaking events, information sessions and special events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Must hold the designation of Registered Representative with CIRO
  • Knowledge of French is required
