About the role
- Finance and accounting advisor at Desjardins, a financial services cooperative, managing reports, audits, budgets, and accounting systems. Advising stakeholders on risks, pricing, tax analysis, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives
- Produce reports
- Perform audits, inspections and financial simulations

- Gather, process and record financial data
- Assist with product and service pricing and financial engineering
- Support financial market transactions and tax law analysis, including payroll

- Develop objectives, solutions and action plans, help implement them and plan close monitoring

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Hold a CPA designation
- Knowledge of French is required
