About the role

  • Management information advisor developing reports, indicators, and systems for Desjardins. Advising clients and optimizing management processes in a hybrid Montréal role.

Responsibilities

  • Extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization
  • Develop and administer information systems
  • Analyze and adapt management systems based on changing organizational needs
  • Advise and assist clients and partners in intervention and development initiatives
  • Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
  • Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities
  • Solve complex problems using analytical skills and business knowledge
  • Advise clients to identify management information needs and produce reports
  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Analyze unit process reports, identify impacts and propose solutions
  • Develop, implement, update and operate management tools and processes
  • Help develop and update performance indicators, measurement tools, policies, processes and programs supporting strategic projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate and interact with stakeholders in other fields

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
