About the role
- Member/client service advisor at Desjardins providing customer service and selling specialized products. Building and maintaining business relationships with clients in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Solicit and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Provide customer service and help sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
- Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure member/client satisfaction
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
