About the role

Responsibilities
- Carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
- Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics
- Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
- Perform data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding for the team
- Provide information about policies, programs and processes in the field
- Prepare and revise presentations and related documents
- Help manage financial accounts, produce reports, and perform audits, inspections and financial simulations
- Help plan and review budget processes
- Manage and control accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data
- Participate in financial engineering, product and service pricing, financial market transactions and tax law analysis
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
