About the role
- Operational efficiency analyst improving Desjardins business processes, analyzing risks, and developing operational solutions. Hybrid role based in Montréal or Lévis, supporting clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices
- Make recommendations
- Analyze risks and write reports
- Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them
- Help prepare and propose operational solutions and action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
- Develop and write tools, methods and processes
- Provide discipline-specific support to the unit, clients and partners
- Interact with stakeholders working in other fields
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Proficiency in French is required, both oral and written
