About the role
- Specialized Financing and Banking Solutions Advisor providing financial services and advice to mass-affluent and high-net-worth clients. Developing banking products and maintaining client relationships in Desjardins.
Responsibilities
- Help serve, solicit and develop and maintain personalized business relationships with mass-affluent and high-net-worth members
- Develop personalized strategies and offer banking products and services
- Serve as a debt management and financing expert advisor
- Offer financial services and provide advice on savings, investments and everyday financial transactions
- Work closely with the wealth manager and the business centre manager
- Make recommendations to ensure the full satisfaction of members and clients
- Drive results by ensuring sound risk and compliance management
- Mentor and coach members of your team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Awareness of financial, economic, political and legislative events
- Tax and financial issues for individuals and business owners
- Familiarity with all products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by Desjardins business centres, Desjardins components and Desjardins distribution networks, and those offered by the competition
- Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative
