Responsibilities
- Process life and health insurance claims, promote occupational health and manage disabilities
- Provide technical support for projects and operational issues
- Conduct technical studies, research and analysis to evaluate eligibility for benefits and the risk of legal action based on contractual clauses
- Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans
- Speak with and write to professionals, partners and clients to obtain and provide information, justifications and interpretations of claims and insurance policies
- Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes
- Train users
- Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
- Help practitioners follow the unit’s processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
