Responsibilities
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
- Assist members and clients with specialized needs and advise them on specialized products and services
- Discuss organizational realities with external professionals
- Help clients reach financial goals, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate terms
- Prospect for, identify, and develop new business opportunities
- Balance member/client satisfaction, profitability, and risk
- Stay current on standards, products, and services in the field
- Develop integrated offers for Desjardins products and services
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
