About the role

Business strategy advisor developing plans, intelligence, and action strategies for Desjardins. Analyzing performance and advising stakeholders in Montréal under a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
Develop plans and business intelligence
Monitor business plans and performance
Set targets
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including organizational transformation and shift
Advise and assist clients and partners
Develop tools, methods and processes
Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities
Share ideas and help solve problems using analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business
Interact with stakeholders working in other fields

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
