- Client Advisor managing relationships and developing clients at Desjardins. Driving results through tailored services and advising on financial products and solutions in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Provide service tailored to client needs
- Drive results by reviewing complex requests and promoting and selling specialized products
- Analyze member/client needs and help develop personalized solutions
- Advise and assist current and potential members and clients
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying needs and supporting client retention
- Collect, compile and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations
- Oversee portfolios and assess customer satisfaction
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
