About the role

  • Desjardins client financial services agent supporting members and advisors with investment, financing, protection, and routine transactions. Developing sales opportunities and delivering personalized financial service in Sorel-Tracy.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients
  • Help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships
  • Take charge of members’ and clients’ immediate needs by offering simple and rapid investment, financing and protection solutions aligned with the action plan
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
  • Provide significant business development support
  • Assist members and clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Create offers for routine transactions
  • Help sell products and services based on members’ and clients’ needs and current strategies and practices
  • Tailor the approach to members’ and clients’ needs
  • Handle client requests, perform tasks and research, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Help colleagues manage their agenda and emails
  • Recommend solutions that meet members’ and clients’ needs and expectations
  • Help members and clients choose and use tools and channels based on their desired independence and automation
  • Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives

Requirements

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
  • Knowledge of French is required
