Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify user needs and work on complex mandates to collect, process and analyze data, taking into account operationalization specifics and ensuring coordination during rollout
- Develop and improve reports and tools for interpreting complex data to influence strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve work methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools
- Serve as specialist advisor to help teams understand and prioritize needs and identify data collection, processing, analysis and interpretation solutions
- Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analyses for complex mandates and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Collect, process, analyze, describe, interpret and use data from different channels to support informed business decisions
- Lead stakeholders in projects involving analytical solutions and complex strategic data interventions
- Act as a data use specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for decision-making bodies
- Interact with stakeholders in other fields to understand and communicate issues and influence decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
