About the role
- Project delivery manager coordinating application and technology delivery for Desjardins. Leading contributors, budgets, timelines, risks and implementation across complex strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities
- Develop action plans and define milestones
- Coordinate project teams and contributors delivering application and technology components
- Supervise contributors and ensure team performance and quality control
- Ensure timelines, budgets, agreements, priorities and deliverables are respected
- Ensure availability of technology platforms and application infrastructure layers
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and contributor performance and engagement
- Serve as a specialist and lead teams and decision-making bodies
- Interact with stakeholders across multiple fields on strategic, complex organizational projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
