About the role
- Desjardins IAM platform administrator securing authentication and access-management systems. Supporting Agile/DevOps operations, automation, risk analysis, and platform documentation.
Responsibilities
- Protect IT resources, software and information against unauthorized modification, destruction and disclosure
- Oversee user authentication and access management
- Design, administer and maintain robust security systems
- Analyze IT systems and oversee development of protective measures to back up, restore and secure systems
- Run and support the platform as a member of a multidisciplinary Agile/DevOps team
- Identify, input, analyze, monitor and interpret data supporting operational continuity, decision-making and policy/process monitoring
- Make recommendations and analyze risks
- Write reports and provide advice on implementing recommendations
- Produce and update installation, maintenance, operating-procedure, and solution-architecture documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience as an IT platform administrator, Linux administrator or other relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of Bitbucket/GitHub, Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of Python, bash, YAML files
- Knowledge of certain scripting/programming concepts
- Knowledge of identity management (single sign-on, OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT)
- Knowledge of Concourse, Ansible
- Available to provide 24/7 support on rotation
